Mr. Lewis is a corporate director of South Bow and has extensive board experience. He has been a director of Legal & General Group Plc since 2018, where he chairs the Risk Committee. He has also been a director of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since 2019, where he chairs the Investment Committee, and the AOG Group since 2018, where he chairs the Audit Committee.
His previous board experience includes Cenovus Energy Inc., Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc., and Ontario Power Generation Inc. Mr. Lewis was also a member of the Royal Bank of Canada's Group Executive Board. Over his 30-year tenure at RBC, he held various executive positions, including roles in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and equity research.
Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA, FCA) and a CFA charterholder. Mr. Lewis has also earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
