Lori is the Senior Vice-President and General Counsel at South Bow. She is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions.
Before joining South Bow, Lori held dual roles as Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary of Shell Midstream Partners and Managing Counsel, Midstream and Commercial at Shell USA. During her time at Shell, she provided legal counsel across all of Shell’s businesses. Prior to Shell, Lori held other legal counsel roles in private practice and with a chemicals and pharmaceuticals manufacturing group.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
