Marc is the Vice-President of External Relations at South Bow. He is responsible for the company's government affairs, corporate communications, community relations and sustainability initiatives.
Before joining South Bow, Marc served as Vice-President of U.S. External Relations for TC Energy where he led the government and community relations teams, at the federal and state levels.
Previously, Marc was founder and CEO of an Austin, Texas-based public affairs consulting firm. He also served in senior external relations leadership roles for two leading international corporations in the energy and technology industries. His background also includes extensive experience in the government and political arenas, including serving on a U.S. Presidential transition team, as chief of staff for a Member of Congress and on the senior staff for the Governor of Rhode Island.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Political Science from Central Connecticut State University, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
