Renate is the Vice-President, Human Resources at South Bow and is accountable for the company’s human resources strategy, aligned to enable business outcomes.
With over 25 years of experience in a series of HR consulting and leadership roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, HR programs and operations.
Before joining South Bow, Renate was Director, HR Business Partners for the Liquids, Canada Gas and Strategy and Corporate Development business areas at TC Energy.
Renate holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto, in addition to several certificates in Human Resources Management from the Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre and Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
