In March 2023, the Port Neches Link Pipeline System entered operations, enabling last-mile connectivity for South Bow’s Keystone Pipeline System at its South Bow Keystone Nederland Delivery Station to allow for the delivery of crude oil to facilities at the Motiva Terminal in Port Neches, Texas.
South Bow owns a 74.9% interest in Port Neches Link, a joint venture with Motiva. The 6-km (4-mile), 36-inch, Port Neches Link pipeline is strategically located in a heavily congested area of energy infrastructure enabling last-mile connectivity for Keystone and Marketlink shippers to Motiva's Port Arthur refinery (North America's largest). The Port Neches pipeline also includes facilities that connect additional liquids terminals in the Port Arthur area to Motiva's refinery.
The Port Neches Link Pipeline System is governed by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC).
